Matthew 15:10 (TPT) Then Jesus turned to the crowd and said, “Come, listen and open your heart to understand. 11 What truly contaminates a person is not what he puts into his mouth but what comes out of his mouth. That’s what makes people defiled.”

Many desire changes in their lives, some fast and pray about it and yet, nothing changed. The truth is, your life will go in the direction of your predominant thoughts. What you thoughts will reflect in your actions. To change a man therefore, you will have to help him to change his dominant thought.

You won't act beyond your predominant thoughts, so keep your heart with all diligence for out of it comes the force of your life. You see, there are many things you are praying about, but your thoughts pattern drives your life. You need to renew your mind for you to have a better outcome in life.

Your thoughts are a catalyst for self-perpetuating cycles. What you think directly influences how you feel and how you behave. So if you think you’re a failure, you’ll feel like a failure. Then, you’ll act like a failure, which reinforces your belief that you must be a failure.

Some people think and say things such as this about themselves: “I’m not good enough in my studies.” This defective thinking pattern and assumption leads them to feel discouraged and causes them to read and put in less effort. That lack of effort prevents them from getting a great outcome.
