Romans 1:11 For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established; 12 That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.

There are two major things that are expected of a believer, especially when attending a conference. One is to have faith in God. You must be fully persuaded about God's presence and power. The book of Hebrews 11:6 says "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him".

So we see that God reward us when we diligently seek Him. Your heart must be on Him, this is very important to note. The second thing is to believe in His servants He sends your way at this conference. You must learn to receive each minister as God's oracle. 

Galatians 4:14 But even though my condition tempted you to reject me, you did not despise me or turn me away. No, you took me in and cared for me as though I were an angel from God or even Christ Jesus himself.

In 2Chronilces 20:20...Believe in the lord your God, and you will be able to stand firm. Believe in his prophets, and you will succeed.” since you can't walk effectively with one leg, these two are necessary for your spiritual and physical success. God is important, but you also need His earthly representative to make pronouncements to succeed. You must receive them as God's steward of His manifold grace.
