Romans 1:11 For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established; 12 That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.

Spiritual things are powerful and are practical at the same time. To receive in a conference like New Wine, you must be prepared. God does not impose on people what they are not ready and willing to receive. A lot of people are in religion, Christianity is a journey of faith. Those who are ready always receive. 

That you are excited about a meeting does not mean your heart is prepared. It is if you are willing and obedient, not if you are attending a conference. Whatever He says, you are ready to receive. How prepared are for towards new wine conference, Sunday and midweek services? 

Proverbs 16:1 The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD.

The woman with the issue of blood against all odds pressed in from behind among the crowds to get her desired miracles. She was saying something before she went to that meeting. All she said inspired faith within her heart. She didn't need Jesus to lay hand on her, she spoke herself into her desire. 

Mark 5:27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. 28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. 29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.
