One of the strategy of the enemy is to make us doubt our identity in Christ Jesus. The truth is, the moment we become born again, we become God's children, however, the enemy will use every tricks at his disposal to try and change the narrative. 

One of the enemy's trick is in trying to make you do something natural as a means of validating your sonship. For example, eat the fruit to become, turn stone to bread if you are truly His son. You are not a man or a woman because of the cloth you wear, your gender came with your birth. 

You wear cloth based on your gender not to proof your gender. Jesus eventually multiplied bread and fishes, not to proof, but to meet a need. This is where our rest and joy comes from. Signs and wonder are great, but we dont derive our identity from it. Your identity is not in your marriage, child bearing etc. You are a child of God because you are born of Him. 

1 John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
