Psalms 51:1 Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

Some say that God help those who help them-selves, and even say it is in the Bible. But that is not true, for God helps the helpless. Sometimes, until we get to the end of ourselves He may not step into that situation. As long as we dont request for His help, He does not interfere. 

What is going on with you now that make you feel helpless? The Lord has promised never to leave you without His help. Any hopeless situation in your life? Are you going through any form of deep pain? One truth is sure in the midst of it all, you have the Lord as your ever present help in the time of needs. 

Psalms 121:1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. 3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keepeth thee will not slumber.

He will not suffer your foot to be moved, that an assurance. The question is, do you trust Him enough and believe this? God is all you need to see all your needed help in life. As you go into this week, keep your gaze on Him to supply and meet all your needs. He knows who to prompt to help you get through all your trouble.
