Psalm 145:20  God, you watch carefully over all Your lovers like a bodyguard, but you will destroy the ungodly.

You are so much loved by God that He paid for your redemption through the blood of His Son, Christ Jesus. He is your shield and the One who preserve you from all evil, just trust in His love for you. The good news is, He has promised never to leave you nor abandoned you. He is not like your earthly lovers who leave you in tough moments and times.

The above scripture is not saying that God watches over you because you love Him, but because He is your lover. I remember the day someone hit my wife with a bike, the next thing I saw myself did without thinking was to give him a strong slap. God will fight those who try to touch you because He has set His love upon you. You can depend on His love for you.

Ephesians 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us.

God's love for you is so great, so much, He will provide for you, keep you, fight for you and answer you when you call on Him. You must recognize His love and what He has promised you in His Word. Say it loud, God loves me. He is rich in mercy, and He loves you, just think about that. Two things, you cannot exhaust His mercy and you cannot get to the end of His love.
