Luke 24:5 And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?

Most time we are looking for ourselves in the wrong place, we often forget what we have become as a believer. I love the way the passion translation put it: "Terrified, the women fell to the ground on their faces.The men in white said to them, “Why would you look for the living One[3] in a tomb? He is not here, for he has risen!"

Looking for the living one in the tomb is absurd, the dead are in the tomb. We have been quickened together with Christ at His resurrection. The right place to start to look for yourself is in the word, that's the right place. Now look at this scripture:

Proverbs 4:20 My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. 22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

God's word is the source of life, those who receive it possess life. Stop looking for yourself in the light of celebrities, God's word is your right mirror. John 1:1,4 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
[4]In him was life; and the life was the light of men. Always look in the right place and stop looking for the living among the dead. Many people you are trying to copy in the world do not have life, the walking dead, look in the right place, God's word.
