1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. 19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

Sexual purity is the virtue of decency and being uncontaminated sexually in our thoughts, actions, and motives. It is important to know that it is possible to be purify in our thought, the is made possible by renewing of our mind through God's word. 

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

It's a sacrifice when we refuse to yield to the demand of our bodies. There would be demand from our flesh, but we refuse to yield to it's desires because we want to please God. It is important to be discipline, and lead our body according to God's will. 

Discipline is the virtue that allows us to exercise self-control, which is a fruit of the spirit. The Bible says "a man that does not hand control is like a city without fence". This implies that anything can encroach, we must be in charge of our lives and our actions through the spirit within.
