Isaiah 51:3 For the LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.

Human body is mechanical and also electrical in nature. The interface of different cells in the body, their communication, signals etc are beyond human comprehension. Our God is a great software and hardware developer.

There are things that can cause sparks in the body, damage some things in the system. Fear is the greatest among them. Fear came as a result of the fall in Eden. When God called out to Adam, his response was "I heard your voice but I was afraid and went into hiding". There are more than three hundred and sixty six fear not in the Bible, the extra one is for the leap year. On daily basis, God is saying fear not.

It has been discovered that before lion attack its prey, it roar and then the animals around out of fear run, some are paralysed for fear, they end up a prey. Satan also like to do the same, impersonating God as king and roaring, but God is saying to you, fear not.

Fear send negative emotional toxin into the body, this things are  spiritual such as: bitterness, unforgiveness, malice etc are negative emotion that paralysed their victims.

But when you rejoice, sing, praise and confess your position in Christ Jesus, positive emotions are released, strength come and you can run the race before you without wavering.

From the above scripture, let joy and gladness be found in you, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody. Always have a song, rejoice.
