Hebrews 11:33 By faith these people overthrew kingdoms, ruled with justice, and received what God had promised them. They shut the mouths of lions, 34 quenched the flames of fire, and escaped death by the edge of the sword. Their weakness was turned to strength. They became strong in battle and put whole armies to flight.

Your faith is important to your victory, now you must understand that this victory though already won, must be appropriated through faith. Every child of God has been given the spirit of faith, your understanding of what you have and how to use it to meet your need is required. 

2 Corinthians 4:13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak. 

You have been given the spirit of faith, it is the same for every believer, you cannot say God is partial. Faith is a leveller, the difference in manifestation of our faith is in usage. The beautiful thing about our faith is that, it makes greatness common and possible for everyone who believes. 

In our opening scripture, it is evident that those who did all the recorded exploit were not strong men, but through faith became strong. You too can shake off your weakness and exhibit strength. Some of the things recorded were not normal for weak men, but through faith, they did incredible things in righteousness.
