Numbers 23:20 Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.

One of the things you will see here is that, God was the One that commanded Balam to bless the children of Israel. It is because He checked Jacob and found nothing incriminating about Him. This is purely an act of His mercy towards Him. But looking intently, I realized that Jacob had challenges but they were all overlooked because of God's mercy.

Numbers 23:21 He has not observed iniquity in Jacob, Nor has He seen wickedness in Israel. The Lord his God is with him, And the shout of a King is among them.

God's mercy is His prerogative, it flows in direction of His loved ones. You must constantly trust and hope in His mercy. Psalms 33:18 Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear Him, upon them that hope in His mercy; 19 To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.

You must constantly keep your hope alive in His mercy. God's mercy can change your narrative in famine. He wants to keep you alive in famine, while other businesses are crashing and many are loosing their job, you are being promoted because of His mercy. Every child of God has obtained mercy in Christ, you must trust and hope in His mercy daily.
