Psalms 16:3 As for the saints who are on the earth, “They are the excellent ones, in whom is all my delight.”

Every believer (the saints) are God's delight, we are the joy of heaven. God is pleased with everyone who believe that Jesus came in the flesh, died on the cross and resurrected on the third day according to the scripture. You must also believe that everything done by Christ is your experience. 

You are the excellent one, priceless jewel of heaven on earth. Unless you believe this, you cannot manifest the glory in you. God is very pleased and at peace with you, but you must be at peace within yourself believing this truth. You're God's delight because of what Jesus did through the cross, now God has shown you mercy.

Hebrews 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.

You become God's delight because of Christ, live and walk in this realities. This is where your strength, peace, joy and abundance is. You have been made God's righteousness, you are the delight of God on earth. Don't believe otherwise, receive this truth as your own reality and don't allow the enemy tells you something else.
