2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.

The truth is, you cannot choose what you like about the word of God discarding the others when it touch your disobedience. Some people only love it when it's the blessings and love, but hate it when it comes to instructions, correction. They want the profit of it but detest the corrections.

John 6:26 Jesus answered them and said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled. 27 Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.”

Many are not interested in the Kingdom, they are only interested in their belly. Unless you are deeply seeking God's Kingdom and it's agenda on earth, you'll never find true meaning and joy you desire. Whatever you are looking for in things is in Him.

Today, make Him and His word your priority, keep your focus on His instructions and corrections that comes from studying and listening to His word. Your greatness and fulfilment depends on this.
