Romans 6:16 Don’t you realize that grace frees you to choose your own master? But choose carefully, for you surrender yourself to become a servant—bound to the one you choose to obey. If you choose to love sin, it will become your master, and it will own you and reward you with death. But if you choose to love and obey God, he will lead you into perfect righteousness.

Life harbour no vacuum, there is no such thing as emptiness. If you don't choose life, you automatically choose death, and if you leave life to itself, naturally by default, something devastating will comes up. You are racing against degeneration sets in motion by the fall of man in Adam. 

Christ has died for all mankind, now we have access to divine opportunities to live as a free man. You now decide what you desire in life, God has freed us from the bondage of the enemy. However, He knew the purpose of our existence and if you choose to live independent of Him, Satan will still dribble you back into bondage. 

The real deal today is in our choices and obedience to God. So today, you are admonish walk in obedience to God through His word. If you don't obey His word, you will see yourself being recaptured by the things that you once overcome becoming lord again over you. The choice belongs to everyone, choose life and live. 

Romans 6:14 Sin need never again be your master, for now you are no longer tied to the law where sin enslaves you, but you are free under God’s favor and mercy.
