James 4:1 What is the cause of your conflicts and quarrels with each other? Doesn’t the battle begin inside of you as you fight to have your way and fulfil your desires?

Leadership is the ability to unite everyone towards a common objective, helping individuals to find fulfilment while advancing the common objective of the organization. Things fall apart when individuals begin to drive their vision rather than working towards the fulfilment of the corporate goal.

Every thriving organisation have people within her working towards the achievement of their corporate plan and purposes. While it is true that everything rises and falls on leadership, it must be understood that everyone is a leader.

Ephesians 4:16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.

Every role must be properly looked into. Until every part is being played out properly, the deficiency will be obvious. What is the role you have been assigned in your unit? What is your disposition towards it? Are you a team player or do you just do whatever you like or want? Remember, if you are not under any authority, nothing also will be submitted to you. Don't create disunity, build unity and play your part. Remember, people are the blessings of the Kingdom.
