Romans 1:1 Paul, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated to the gospel of God 2 which He promised before through His prophets in the Holy Scriptures. 

The word Duolos is the Greek word for a servant, but this one is different from the general servants. It is the servant who has chosen to serve his master out of love, bound with the cord so strong that only death can severed it. This was Paul's statement in the above verse.  Are you a servant of Christ? 

Before Paul became an Apostle, he was first a servant (Duolos), this implied that only servant can be sent and useful in this kingdom. In all of the selection of Christ Jesus in His earthly ministry, He only chose those who were busy serving in one area or the other. The question is, are you a servant? Many people just want to arrive in glory. 

In today's world, what we call service has become ladder to a personal ambition. The reason get offended in local assembly and walk away is because they are never servant of Christ. Once their ego is bruised, they look for somewhere else where their personal ambition will be fulfilled. Some even abandoned church totally. It's about making name for themselves and not Christ. But the Duolos of Christ can only be separated by death.
