Ephesians 6:5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; 6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart.

One of the things that weakens the effectiveness of people in their walk and services is their focus. Too many people focus on personality in their service to the Lord, this has never produce anything glorious. The moment your attention is no longer Christ, many things will creep in.

The above verse revealed to us who where our focus is suppose to be, it's Christ alone. If you are not focus on Christ, you will be weakened. The moment you recognize that you are a servant of Christ, it changes the game for you.

Ephesians 6:7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men: 8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.

As you step out today, make sure you are releasing your abilities in service without murmuring. God's blessings is connected to your effectiveness and efficiency in your workplace or your business. Never forget, the hand of the diligent shall bear rule.

Finally, you can't do this by your strength, depend on the LORD, focus on Him to supply all the strength.
