John 6:63 The Spirit alone gives eternal life. Human effort accomplishes nothing. And the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life.

When most people attend conference, the next thing they want to do is to apply what they have learnt. A lot of people are frustrated today because they have wasted money trying to implement what they have learnt without result. Principles often time boost our emotions, it motivate us, only that it has no substance. Principles without power leads to frustration. 

Luke 4:14 Then Jesus returned to Galilee, filled with the Holy Spirit’s power..."

John the Baptist did his ministry in the wilderness, was baptizing people, Jesus' ministry was different in operations. Don't just copy a business pattern and strategies, let the Holy Spirit lead you into the deep things about it. The operations of your business or ministry should be through the inspiration of the Spirit. 

Remember, the flesh profits nothing. That is, not human efforts but the Spirit gives life (manifestations). He told Zechariah, it is not by might not by power, but by the Spirit. This imply that, human effort won't count much without the input of the Holy Spirit of God. It is the move of the Spirit first, then the principles.
