Job 22:28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways. 29 When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.

It is very important for people to know that God is the Almighty and there is nothing absolutely impossible for Him to do. However, you also need to know that without us or any other created things on earth, there are many things that God cannot execute.

For example, when God wanted to deliver the children of Israel from Egyptian slavery, He sent Moses. A careful look at God's word to Moses shows how important for us to cooperate with the Lord. Our faith walk is a collaborative one, don't leave everything to God, do your part. 

Exodus 3:8 And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians...10 Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.

He wanted to deliver them but Moses will be His earthly instrument of deliverance. He used Red Sea to buried the Egyptian armies. He uses fire, water, the ground opening up to swallowed up etc. Whatever God has promised to do in your life will also require your cooperation with Him. 

You are the one to decree a thing, your light is connected to your decree. The light that shines is the wisdom released to deal with the situation, while others in the same situation are saying there is a casting down, you will be saying there is a lifting. Never forget this, you have divine privileges already because of the Spirit within you.
