Psalms 133:1Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! 

When there is unity among leaders, God always moves to show Himself great and mighty among them. He fulfil His promises and together they are able to achieve great feat. The power of unity cannot be over emphasized, it is one of the major force for manifested glory of God. 

Satan understand the power of unity among leaders in God's Kingdom. He will do anything to see that the unity of faith is not sustain, but he is a liar and cannot succeed. He is subtle and comes tactically and unoticed, like in Eden, he'll lied about God and others to you. Be careful, don't fall for his lies about others to you, everyone is work in progress and God is working in your life too.

Every leader must constantly pray for the unity of the body and especially the local assembly where you serve and work towards the unity among brethren. We must see to it that we are careful not to say words that divides and when we are found wanting to quickly amend and move on. This becomes easier as we grow in faith and walk in love.

To achieve greatness as a team, we must be united in vision and faith. We achieve much more through united efforts, when we all put our effort together, the weakness of others are not seen. A team is a group of people united by a common vision and purposes. Someone has put the word team this way: Together Everyone Achieves More.
