Ephesians 6:18  Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.

There is speaking in tongue that comes with interpretation of the same for the edification of the saints.  But when you pray in the Spirit you build up yourself and you rise in the spirit and the enemies cannot overpower you anymore.

Jude 1:20  But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost.

Jude admonished us to build up on our most holy faith by praying in the Holy Spirit. It is important to build yourselves up [founded] on your most holy faith, you will make progress. You will rise like an edifice higher and higher by praying in the Holy Spirit.

When you pray in the spirit, something is happening, growth, your power base increases, you rise higher and become visible.  A believer who is not praying in the Spirit will be missing a lot.

1 Corinthians 14:15 I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.

Paul wrote to the Corinthians church that praying in the spirit is part of the operations of the church. He was not debunking praying in the Spirit but reaffirming it.  He also confirmed that he pray more in the Spirit more than the entire church put together.

When you pray in the  spirit, you fight invisible enemies, dislodged the power of darkness, aligned yourself in the will of God etc. A believer who is not taking advantage of this will likely be a weak believer. We release power when we pray in the Spirit.

So rise up today and pray in the spirit, you will be charged up in your spirit, soul, and body. The fear of the enemies and your anxiety will disappear from your life. Do it now.
