Your position does not change with situation or circumstances, it's constant with God. Positional truth is like potential energy, it is full of power but does not change anything until you convert it to kinetic energy. This is where many people get stuck in life. They know who they are, but wondering if it's actually true based on their current experience. 

Active truth is like kinetic energy, it is explosive and assertive, it's the force that changes everything. This truth is based on revelation of God's Word to an individual. The woman with the issue of blood must have heard about Jesus and knew He could heal anyone. She knew God could change any situation, but knowing that is genetic. However, her change came when she saw by revelation that if she touched His garment she will be healed. Many people were touching Jesus, but she touched based on active truth.

Every truth of God's word is full of power and can be converted to active or usable power. This is done through meditation, this was the secret of the woman with the issue of blood. She began to say within herself, if I touch the helm of His garment, I shall be made whole. Then she acted on the same and her miracle was manifested. Today, meditate on God's word and act on whatever is revealed to you.
