Proverbs 12:24 Work hard and become a leader; be lazy and become a slave.

Many people who claim to be waiting on God are actually demonstrating foolishness. Waiting on God is not idleness, it is focusing on God while pursuing your desired goal. It is the hand of the diligent that rule, not the lazy ones. Do something today, learn a skill now.

We live in the days of technology and you can almost learn everything by yourself. Waiting for a white collar job sometimes may not come as expected, but you can become employer of labour. There are many prophetic words hanging on many people looking for a way to find expression. Some will only materialize through your hand work.

Genesis 26:12 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. 13 The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous; 14 for he had possessions of flocks and possessions of herds and a great number of servants. So the Philistines envied him.

God spoke to Isaac and promised to bless him, but he did not just receive that word sleeping and waking up. He went to work with that word planting and cultivating the land as a farmer.  Today, do something, learn a trade, get a skill, become a master at something. Arise today, serve somewhere and develop what you have. Remember, the blessing is upon you.
