Psalms 127:1 Unless the Lord builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the Lord guards the city, The watchman stays awake in vain.

Except the Lord build, that means that you can build without God. You may actually build, but the durability and sustainability of the same depends on the One who is behind the building. This is very important to understand, every house is build by somebody, but behind the scene, God must be seen. 

Hebrews 3:4 (MSG) Every house has a builder, but the Builder behind them all is God.

For instance, you cannot build and properly raise your children without God. If you do without God, they may be morally standing, but can't stand the test of eternity. God must be involved in raising your children, He must be the builder behind your home. Don't journey without Him, He is your distinction in life. 

Make sure you build with Him, this is where real assurance and security of all things are. Moses requested for His partnership on their journey in the wilderness, you cannot properly navigate life without Him. Whatever you are building, your marriage, children, ministry, career or business, make sure you get His opinion and partnership on the matter through His word first.
