Colossians 3:22 Let every employee listen well and follow the instructions of their employer, not just when their employers are watching, and not in pretense, but faithful in all things. For we are to live our lives with pure hearts in the constant awe and wonder of our Lord God.

Many people love eye service, pretence only hurt you alone at the end of the day. You must understand this truth early that, nobody can use you in life. While in the present time, you may not be fully happy about the way things are where you are, remember, seasons don't last. Keep developing yourself and grow, you will be very fit for the next phase of your life.

This is the mindset of the Holy Spirit concerning those of us who are born again: Colossians 3:23 Put your heart and soul into every activity you do, as though you are doing it for the Lord himself and not merely for others. Your service anywhere must be in the light of this simple truth. The reason is, your service anywhere is a seed for your tomorrow's harvest. 

Here is the conclusion from Apostle Paul "for we know that we will receive a reward, an inheritance from the Lord, as we serve the Lord Yahweh, the Anointed One! A disciple will be repaid for what he has learned and followed, for God pays no attention to the titles or prestige of men."

God does not pay attention to titles or prestige of men. You must serve in that office with integrity of heart. No eye service, no pretence, simply serve the Lord in that bank, school, business etc. Your life is beyond here.
