Isaiah 6:8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”

God is always on a lookout for the willing and available vessels for the Kingdom work. Some people are willing but don't make themselves available, but God is pleased with those who are willing and obedient.  When it comes to God's business, it is not skills first, but faithfulness.

Soul winning is God's business, He love everyone and desire their salvation. God's heart beat is after the unsaved and desire they will come to repentance. If you are His son and daughter, you will love to see souls saved and come to the knowledge of Christ Jesus. Not just them accepting Christ but also become a kingdom tool of salvation.

II Corinthians 5:18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.

So everyone who is born again have been given ministry. You must understand that you have been called in to the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ from day one of your salvation.
