Hebrews 11:33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, 34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.

All the people listed in the hall of faith were ordinary people who through their faith in God did mighty works upon the earth. There is nothing extraordinary about them, they were just men who submitted themselves to be used of God.

Reading their stories shows their humanity, they were weak men but were made strong, they had their failures, many of them did not just allow it to stop their greatness. David killed because of a woman and committed adultery, Samson fell for Delilah, Abraham lied about his wife in Egypt to save his head etc.

Daniel 11:34 Now when they fall, they shall be aided with a little help; but many shall join with them by intrigue.

Despite all their weaknesses, failures, denials, they still went on to fulfill their destiny simply because they refuse to let their stories end at their failures. You too can rise out of your obscurity and fulfill a great destiny through Christ. You have a better chance now that the Holy Spirit is here to help you.

Your story won't end in defeat, failure, poverty, bareeness, shame or with reproach. God always have a happy ending, stay with Him and walk with Him.
