Colossians 2:6 As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, 7 rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.

In the above verses of the bible, Paul wrote to the Colossians church to walk in Christ Jesus the same way they have received Him. The question how did they receive Jesus? The same thing he was telling the Galatians church about walking in Him. 

Galatians 3:2 This only I want to learn from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? 3 Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now being made perfect by the flesh?

He first called them foolish because they were trying to live the life of faith through the flesh. The life of faith is the life lived through the Spirit. This implies that the process of our decision and actions are faith oriented. We receive Christ Jesus through faith, we also live by the same.
