Acts 1:6 Therefore, when they had come together, they asked Him, saying, “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” 7 And He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.

Most time we want to know things according to our premeditated idea of how God should work. But the journey of faith is such that you must place all your trust in Him. When it comes to faith, there is no alternative. We want to know the times and seasons, but you must trust God that He has your best interest at heart.

Instead of being preoccupied trying to figure out how things will work out in your favor, just keep doing whatever He commands you to do. Acts 1:8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

The most important thing Jesus said to them was to prepared for what's coming. The Holy Spirit will be their game changer, He will help them to understand the most important thing in the next agenda of the Father. They want earthly kingdom, Jesus was introducing them to the Governor of God's Kingdom. By Him, they can reign in the midst of their enemies triumphantly.

Today, follow the Spirit of the Lord, remember, you are not of this world. He will lead and guide you in all of God's plans and purposes for your life. He will release abundant of grace unto you and the gift of righteousness, then you will reign as king. That's the Kingdom of God.
