Psalms 5:12 For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield.

You must know what God does and what He does not do. God does not distribute money, but He will always give abilities and opportunities for His children to emerge in beauty. He also teaches the way and the strategy if we allow Him in our lives. A lot of people want God to bless them, but don't want to walk with Him. 

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

Joseph was given an opportunity to interpret dreams, it was God behind the scene. He had a walk with God, He understand that nothing great can happen without Him. When he was called to interpret dream for Pharaoh, he said "God will give the king the answer". He knew without God, his gift is useless in the matter of life. Same with Daniel and the other Hebrew boys in Babylon. 

The circumstances for your lifting will come, you must be prepared. Walking with God and following His leading bring amazing opportunity to us. The success of Moses was because he knew the of the Lord, the Israelites only knew God's act of the miraculous. Many people today are also living depending on His miracle without a desire to walk with Him. 

Deuteronomy 8:18 “And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.
