Psalms 5:12 For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield.

God does not have currencies of nations stored up in heavens, there is no bank of any nations over there. The Bible records that He owns all things, yes, but the earth He has given to the sons of men. The Bible records that silver and gold belongs to Him, yet, all of these on earth are for men to enjoy here on earth. 

God blesses His people who depend and trust in Him, but not directly with money or earthly materials. The opening scripture says that "the Lord blesses the righteous" But it is with favour He surrounds or cloth him. This implies that, when God decides to bless a man, He uses the instrument of favour. 

Psalms 102:13 You will arise and have mercy on Zion; For the time to favor her, Yes, the set time, has come.

The favour of the Lord upon a man is the game changer, when a man is favoured, men respond with answers. God is done with His work of blessing man, He now uses men as a means of answer. Whatever you are looking for today, it's in the hand of men on earth. When you ask God for His blessings, He clothes you with favour. If you ask Him to bless your business, His favour causes men to preferred you above others in the same business.
