I Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

Many people make other people's enemy their enemy. Someone is not in a talking term with others because of someone else. You also decided to join in a fight you do not understand nor know anything. Never make another person's enemy yours, you will be carrying loads that are not yours and that will hinder you in life and fellowship, even with God.

The good fight we are admonished to fight is the fight of faith. The good fight of faith is a fight where you stand strong on the promises of God concerning what you have seen as your reality on the pages of God's word or impressed by the Holy Spirit. The beautiful thing about God's promises to you is this, it is yes and amen. God has said yes to all of His promises for us all.

2 Corinthians 1:20 For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for his glory. 21 It is God who enables us, along with you, to stand firm for Christ. He has commissioned us.

Did you see that? All of God's promises to us has been fulfilled in Christ with "Yes" which echos from eternity to eternity. But we are the ones who say "Amen" which is actually Christ Jesus. What this mean is that, in Christ Jesus, God has stamped everything possible for us. The authenticity and reality of our blessings is because God gave Christ for us. So stand your ground and fight for what is yours in Christ Jesus by also echoing Amen.
