GOD'S DWELLING PLACE
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
Anyone who is born again has become the temple of God. The word temple here is the same word for shrine. It means that you are God's shrine. The question is, what happens in shrines? It is a place of worship, sacrifices, prayers and demands. The body of a believer is the shrine of the Holy Spirit.
Some of the things that are supposed to be going on in this shrine are listed below:
Ephesians 5:19-20 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Some people are given to complaining, they murmur and haven't seen anything that God is doing right in their life. Friends, what is expected of you is to sing unto the Lord and glorify God in your body and in your spirit which are God's or which belongs to God.
Paul was telling the Corinthians church that the their spirit, soul and body now belongs to God. Waooo what a Goodnews, that I belong to God. Being born again is more than being a member of a local assembly, it is the fact that you are now the very temple of the living God. Your body is the outer court, your soul is the inner court and your spirit is the Holy of holies.
You are a moving shrine. The devil is afraid of you right now, because Jesus is the High Priest of this shrines forever. Not only that, He used His sinless blood for the sacrifice and that is the biggest thing ever. Anywhere His blood is, the glory of God is made manifest. So you can arise today and shine because God's glory is already upon you.
Hebrews 3:1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus.
He calls you holy and partakers of heavenly calling. Halleluyah.

Confession: I am the temple of the Living God, the habitation of immortal and glorious One. I reign and rule in the midst of my enemies.
