Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.

A slave is not responsible for anything apart from what he's told to do, wear and eat. In order words, a slave does not have the life of his own. The moment the children of Israel ate of the fruit of the promised land, the mannar also seized. The were taken care of in the wilderness, water supplied by God, their food was supernatural, to their cloth was kept etc.

The land of freedom is a land of responsibility, this is where some people get frustrated. The responsibility of freedom overwhelmed them and they think that probably God does not love them again. One of the beauty of liberty is the power to choose, and the challenge of this is the consequences of our choices.

You can choose to stand in Christ liberty, a place where you are not under the burden of the law, but you are not lawless. You see, God does not want us to use our freedom for negativity, but for the propagation of His Government on earth. The purpose of liberty is for service. The freedom that God gave is so that we may serve Him as a people. So what are you using your liberty for?
